"Have been very pleased with State Farm until recently - Marvin has always been great to talk to- today my husband visited about a claim that was paid to repair our vehicle and the vehicle broke down a couple of days later- because repair shop did not put transmission fluid back in- no leaks- but no fluid in transmission - the problem is the repair shop BUT the issue today with State Farm is not being able to assist or even listen to my husband's explanation of the situation-customer service today was the worst- their statement says (cares about your well-being and has your interest in mind) Feels as though the company we're paying in case something happens doesn't have time for our well-being or interest"

"Not a happy customer. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years. I had an accident and it took a month for State Farm to settle my claim. Before that I had hail damage that took several months for them to settle on. After my vehicle was finally repaired, State Farm dropped my full coverage insurance, because they dropped me without me knowing, the bank that holds the title to my car has fined us. So much for “like a good neighbor.” How do you drop a customer after nearly 10 years???? I’m sure another insurance company will be glad to have my business."
